We also process limited technical information, such as a shortened IP address, browser user-agent, submission events, and delivery status, to protect the form and diagnose problems.

How the information moves
Your browser sends information to the FlowFoundry AI website API hosted through Next.js and Netlify. Enquiries are stored in Supabase and copied through Google Workspace email. Netlify, Supabase, and Google support this processing flow.

These technology providers operate internationally, so information may be processed or stored outside South Africa. FlowFoundry AI remains responsible for deciding why and how the information is used and considers applicable data-protection safeguards when selecting and configuring providers.
